If someone you’re close to gets arrested for a crime in the middle of the night, you’ll probably want to get them out of jail as soon as you possibly can. Depending on where and when they were arrested, staying in jail may be a very bad idea. The sooner you contact a bail bondsman, the sooner you can get your loved one bailed out. So don’t be afraid to call one of our agents after regular business hours. Since most occur outside of the 9 am to 5 pm time range, we work around the clock so we can help you get your loved one out of jail whenever you need us. Here are some of the way you have of contacting us, even in the middle of the night…

Call the Office

Because of the nature of our work, our bail bond agents are generally available to you around the clock. The first method of communication you should try is calling the office, no matter what time of day or night it is. If there is an answering service, your call may be picked up by a non-agent and then forwarded to a bondsman. If not, you’ll generally be given a number that you can call after hours so that you can get a hold of someone. If a bail bondsman is not available at the first place you call, keep looking. There is no reason to delay getting bail because of a late hour. You should be able to get bail 24/7.

Go Online

The Internet never sleeps and many bail bond companies have taken advantage of this. Most companies will have contact information on their websites, allowing you to figure out how to get in contact with somebody who can help you out no matter what time of day or night the person you’re trying to get bailed out got arrested. Some bail bond companies even allow you to file the paperwork and handle the payment over the Internet. This may allow you to avoid having to go down to the jail house in the middle of the night to sign a bunch of paperwork and meet with a bail bondsman.

No matter what time you initiate the bail process, there may be a little bit of back and forth involved with getting someone out of jail. For instance, if you do not have all of the information you need to give the bail bondsman when you initially contact them, you’ll have to find it and contact them again. A good bail bondsman will generally let you know how long you should expect to wait and what you should have when you call so that we can process the bail and get the person out of jail as quickly as possible. Remember that we are here to help you, so if you have questions, contact us to avoid any mishaps.
